Terms and booking conditions
The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the client nor for the Hotel. When making a reservation, you must know that: any confirmation of booking that the Hotel sends, binds both parties and establishes the booking contract. Reservations are personal and can not be transferred to third parties, either free or paid, nor for commercial purposes.
Cancellation/modification/no-show
The reservation is valid until 7:00 P.M. on the day of arrival and can be canceled or modified until that time. In case of no-show within that hour, the reservation will be canceled automatically and the room can be sold again.
Early departure
In case of early termination of the stay by the guest, the full amount of the agreed stay will be charged.
Stay at the Hotel
Upon arrival at the Hotel, each guest must show a valid identity document and provide the balance of the stay. The payment of the stay is made upon arrival at Hotel in the following ways :
•	Cash
•	ATM
•	Credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD)
•	Tourist tax must be paid cash.
Any extras must be paid before departure.
The room is made available to the guest from 3:00 P.M. on the day of arrival and must be left no later than 11:00 A.M. on the day of departure. In case of non-compliance, an extra night will be charged. For each extension of stay, the guest must inform himself by 11:00 A.M. at the reception to find out if available. If the extension is possible, the payment of the night or additional nights will be required.
Reception is open from 07:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M.
Check-in (arrival) is possible from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Check-out (departure) is possible from 07:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
The Hotel has a private parking, free and closed at night, however it is an unguarded space.
